Can you believe the end of the month is already here? This year has been flying.
How fitting is it that Halloween is right at the peak of Scorpio season? This is the season that the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds are thinned. As the ruler of death and legacy, both Scorpio season and Halloween is the time of year we celebrate our lineage and those who have passed on.
this weeks energetic mantra: "it is what it is."

Mars has officially began it's retrograde season in chatty Gemini, lasting until January 12th, 2023 and remaining in Gemini until March 25th, 2023. That means we have 5 more months of petty arguments, gossipy discussions, potential car troubles, and substance related accidents because of its ongoing square to Jupiter & Neptune.
With Mars ruling energy, aggression, and accidents, I urge you guys to choose your battles wisely so they don't turn into senseless violence.
Let it go, let it flow, it ain't that deep.
On a heavier note:
Please, please, PLEASE refrain from driving under any kind of influence.
"But I'm good at it! I'll be fine!"
I know, I know. I've heard this before and even admittedly take the chance at times. But you're going to want to be at high alert during this time period. I've seen so many reports of death via drunk driving over the past few days and I'd hate to see any of you guys with that headline.
I also made a post a few months back about getting and staying on top of your finances during this time period. Not to fear monger, but last time Mars retrograded in Gemini kicked off the 2008 recession and I want you to be aware and prepared this time around since a lot of us were too young to feel the effects of the last one.

Outside of Mars,
(well, kinda -- Scorpio is still ruled by Mars, so it still matters, but anyway!)
We're still in between eclipses (the next one is a Lunar Eclipse in Taurus on Tuesday November 8th) so the energy is still chaotic in an oddly beautiful way.
The thing about Scorpio season is that it can make you obsessive - with the truth, with the people you love, with the shadows, with your indulgences.
As the Sun, Mercury, and Venus all conjunct the South Node this week as well as nearing a square with Saturn, we begin to understand that control is simply not real.
We can't make anyone tell us the truth.
We can't force connections that are dead.
We can't avoid the uncomfortable.
We can't force the speed of our healing.
It is what it is.
You might find yourself cutting out some old routines and pick up some new ones that you may have never thought to try before. Venus' opposition with Uranus overwhelms us with excitement in the midst of the tower moment.
