How soon will I receive my order?
Our current fulfillment time is up to two weeks from the date your order was placed. Though we try to fulfill orders as quickly as a few days. This does not include time spent in transit with the carrier (UPS, USPS)
My tracking says delivered but I have not received it.
Please file a claim with the carrier.
Can I add items to my order or update my shipping address?
Please send us an email with your order number and request to orders@giftfromneptune.com, and our Fulfillment Team will assist you further. We cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your request. Once you receive a tracking number for an order, no item adjustments will be made, therefore you will need to place a separate order.
May I get a refund?
Sure! You may request a refund prior to your package being shipped out. Be mindful that once a label is printed you will forfeit the shipping fee.
Due to the nature of the service, Rituals and Readings are nonrefundable.
Rituals
How long does it take to work?
Timing varies on the client. Some start to see results as quickly as 7 days. Keep in mind that the outcome of rituals may not look the way you expect. Be open to many ways the work may be unfolding in your life.
Can I receive work from multiple practitioners?
We recommend NOT receiving work from multiple practitioners simultaneously, as the work may be contradictory.
Do your products work at specific astrological transits such as Full Moons, Retrogrades, etc?
Our products and rituals are designed to work at any time. It is entirely up to your discretion when it comes to doing any work during events such as a specific moon phase, a planetary retrograde, or an eclipse.

How do I use your oils and fixed items?
Refer to our How To Use blog for instructions and tips regarding our products.
May I mix or layer your oils?
You may layer our Oils and wear multiple Oils at once.
When anointing yourself with multiple Oils individually, be sure to state your prayers and intentions for each while doing so - take a moment between using each Oil, and affirm your intentions for each.
If the Oils are being blended together, make sure that they are being used for the same purpose - and being anointed in the same direction.
Always affirm your prayers and intentions while anointing yourself.
