Welcome to Gift From Neptune. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gift From Neptune website, online store, products, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Gift From Neptune is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store.

5. Digital Products
Digital products are provided for your personal use unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, upload, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit purchased digital materials without prior written permission.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, digital purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Physical Products, Shipping, and Delivery
For physical products, shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any applicable customs duties, import fees, or taxes associated with international orders.
Physical products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered may be eligible for a refund or replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

All content and materials made available through Gift From Neptune, including but not limited to names, logos, written materials, artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, designs, frameworks, product materials, and other intellectual property, are owned by Gift From Neptune or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, or create derivative works from Gift From Neptune materials without prior written permission.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

Gift From Neptune is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology used to operate our online store.
Purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Gift From Neptune. Shopify is not responsible for the products or services purchased from Gift From Neptune or for any claims arising from those purchases.
Your use of Shopify-powered portions of the Services may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and policies.
11. Feedback and Reviews
If you voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback to Gift From Neptune, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that feedback for purposes related to operating, improving, or promoting our Services, without compensation unless otherwise agreed.
